Biography

Mark is an accomplished strategic leader with over 35 years of experience guiding organizations across Army, Joint, and interagency environments. He brings executive-level expertise in operations management, training, force development, strategic planning, policy formulation, and budget oversight—particularly within complex security landscapes. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Master’s in Administration from Webster University. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College, the Army Senior Executive Program, and the National Defense University’s Capstone Program.
